adbcsnowflake is past a number of the internal checks from the CRAN team! On the latest submission, the reviewer noted:

New things in home:
  .cache/snowflake
  .cache/snowflake/ocsp_response_cache.json

This is cool because it means they've installed Go and built the package (and maybe even tried it out with a real Snowflake account), but it does mean I need to find a way to make that not happen by default (and then document for the user how to opt in, since the cache here sounds useful). @zeroshade any ideas?
