This implements a JDBC driver able to communicate to Flight SQL sources.
So far this covers:
Metadata retrieval by DatabaseMetadata, ResultSetMetadata, etc.
Query execution by statements and prepared statements
Yet to be done:
Parameter binding on prepared statements
