Describe the enhancement requested

Clean up ordered aggregation (follow-ups from #34311):

1. Take advantage of (and enforce) ordering (see this discussion).
2. Simplify batch values selection (see this discussion).
3. Improve performance of grouping inside the segmenter (see this discussion)
