While we can't yet merge #50221
we can still mark the provider as ready keeping the direct
werkzeugdependency. This is OK to do now since we are no longer depended on upstream to provide a fix.When #50221 is unblocked we will replace the direct
werkzeugdependency with updated version ofsendgridsdk.
