The issue is that the Clear task button goes out of the screen when we have a very long task or dag name.

Also changed the default selected option for
ClearInstancemodal toDownstreamandRecursive. Also, modified theresetModalfunction to reset the modal state back to the previous state.^ Add meaningful description above
