Since the app is down for since a while, I hacked together https://github.com/utkuozdemir/github-readme-stats-selfhosted, which containerizes and publishes this project in ghcr.io, and provides examples on how to run it in containerized platforms.

Opening this as an issue for some visibility, but feel free to close it as you see fit.
