Claude fails to make commits to PR branch #936
Description
Before this change, asking Claude to make a change to a PR in a PR comment pushed commits back to the original branch.
After this change, the commits are pushed to a branch named pr-{number}.
(I have commit signing enabled if that makes a difference)
