Describe the bug
CONTRIBUTING.md refers to a test-local.sh script for running integration tests locally, but this script file does not exist in the repository.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
The test-local.sh script should exist in the root directory of the repository as mentioned in the CONTRIBUTING.md documentation, allowing contributors to run integration tests locally as described.
