Problem Statement

i often work with multiple projects, multiple threads and different windows of claude code. Often you need to restart claude and resume (by the way, brilliant feature!) however it would be useful to rename a conversation or be able to tag/flag it for easy access. you can already edit the 'title' of a conversation in the desktop version or move it into a project. can't to this in claude code

Proposed Solution

replicate the function already present from claude desktop into claude code to rename or add to project
modify the 'star' function to a 'tag' function similar to gmail organisation which would allow easy search/access
