Updates the Selenium-based development container to include Ansible Dev Tools (ADT) + Python tooling, and adjusts the tox workflow to prebuild a wheel that the container installs.
Changes:
- Add compiler/tooling + Python RPM dependencies to the Selenium container and install the
ansible_dev_toolswheel during build. - Install the core Python VS Code (code-server) extension in the Selenium container.
- Update
tox -e seleniumto build a wheel intoselenium/dist/viauv buildbefore building the image.
