Update the execution environment base image from Fedora 41 to Fedora 42, as Fedora 41 reached end-of-life and no longer receives security updates. This ensures the container continues to receive security patches and bug fixes from the actively maintained Fedora 42 release. Fixes ansible#660

Problem
Fedora 41 is now EOL and no longer receiving security updates. Continuing to use it as a base image exposes users to unpatched security vulnerabilities.
Solution
Updated
execution-environment.ymlto usequay.io/fedora/fedora-minimal:42instead of version 41.This is a straightforward version bump with no breaking changes expected, as Fedora maintains backward compatibility between consecutive releases.
Testing
The change is minimal - simply updating the base image version number. Fedora 42 is actively maintained and receives regular security patches.
