These previous attempts were ill-informed, now we have a much better idea of what to do. The workspaces will run the full opencode server instead of trying to isolate out a smaller server. We will handle workspace routing more explicitly rather than having a
WorkspaceContext, and more. This PR is prep for another PR that will implement proper routing.This should not affect anything in production.
