Description

Hovering items in the command palette can highlight the wrong row.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the command palette (Ctrl+P).
2. Hover any item.
3. If it looks correct, type a filter (press "e" a few times) and hover again.

Expected

Hovered item is highlighted 🙂

Actual

A different item is highlighted 🙁
