Description

openai/gpt-5.3-codex-spark is no longer listed for the OpenAI provider when OpenAI is connected through Codex/ChatGPT OAuth.

The model is present in models.dev.

This appears to be a regression from #25157

I also checked the broader OpenAI Codex candidate list and gpt-5.3-codex-spark was the only missing working model found.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect OpenAI using Codex/ChatGPT OAuth.
2. Refresh and list OpenAI models:
   opencode models openai --refresh
3. Search for:
   openai/gpt-5.3-codex-spark
4. Observe that it is missing.

Expected: openai/gpt-5.3-codex-spark appears in the OpenAI model list when using Codex OAuth.
Actual: The model is omitted by the Codex OAuth model filter.
