Description

After upgrading from 1.14.31 to 1.14.32, the oh-my-openagent plugin is no longer recognized. Opencode falls back to basic mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install [email protected] and oh-my-openagent, confirm plugin works normally
2. Run npm install -g [email protected]
3. Restart opencode
4. Plugin is not loaded — only basic opencode mode is available
