Description

v1.2.11 was working fine.
But starting from v1.2.12, /editor is unavailable.

After executing /editor, the terminal entered the following state and failed to start the text editor. At this point, the only option is to restart the terminal.

Downgrading to v1.2.11 allows the editor to open normally.

Based on commit history analysis, the issue may be here.
