Update following browser version to latest
currently sacuelabs failed to start Safari 10 on macOS 10.12, so I use
chrometo testselenium 3.xversion.In saucelabs, Safari 9 on ios 9.3 is unstable when run test about
rxjs.interval, so I comment out some test cases aboutrxjsin new
Edge 15andChrome 60, DOM API has some newonProperties, patch them as well.
