enh: don't share 0 byte entries #808

I'm still trying to find how amule turned up 0 byte files in the areas it's listing.

Possibly it's picked up subdirectories existing in the sharedir.dat (or duplicate files), but when compiled RelWithDebInfo the debug Cat_* flags don't work

Also, if not already implemented: don't follow symbolic links
