Include all aMule binaries in the release packages #781

I was documenting:

• https://amule-org.github.io/docs/manual/utilities/alc-alcc

I realized that the packages we’re building with GitHub Actions don’t include them. These executables are part of the aMule source code and can be compiled. Plus, they’re very lightweight, so I don’t see any reason not to include them in the packages.

I’ve also noticed that the Windows package also doesn’t include the amuleweb executable.

I think every distributed package should contain these nine executables:

• amule
• amuled
• amulegui
• amuleweb
• amulecmd
• ed2k
• alc
• alcc
• wxcas
• cas
