I am running amule 2.3.3 on Windows 10. When adding the ipfilter from http://upd.emule-security.org/ipfilter.zip in the preference -> security section, the log textbox would be filled with this error message. Below is my amule log. The issue can't be reproduced on Linux. It also works well if the ipfilter is not zipped.

After adding the ipfilter, the file ipfilter.dat is renewed. However, it is not the unzipped ipfilter but the original zip file.
Meanwhile, there are many files named as ipf*.tmp in the config folder. Here is an example. I checked that these are the unzipped ipfilter.
