Changes in preferences in Amule GUI overwrites some preferences #267

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure Template=AmuleWebUI-Reloaded in amule.conf and start amuled and amuleweb. https://github.com/MatteoRagni/AmuleWebUI-Reloaded
2. Check the Web UI is loading the right theme.
3. Open the Amule GUI and connect to the remote server.
4. Open preferences, change any value and click save.
5. The configuration Template=AmuleWebUI-Reloaded has bee overwritten with Template=
6. The Web UI is loading the default theme and you have to change the configuration in the file each time.
