The "Downloads", "Shared files", "Messages", and "Statistics" sections don't save preferences. I'm referring to column spacing, columns you want to hide, show clients for all files... and the same goes for the window's position when minimized. However, the "Networks" and "Searches" sections do save preferences without any problems.
