GAIA init forces lemonade install #310
Description
During GAIA initialization, if user responds NO to installing Lemonade, it does not proceed to the next step, it shows ¼ and stops. It should not force you to install Lemonade, especially if you have LEMONADE_BASE_URL listed as an environment variable.
$ gaia init --profile sd
