Problem

The top navigation tabs (Documentation, Specifications, Reference, Deployment, Roadmap, Releases) are too small and don't clearly indicate the current section. Users may miss important sections like "Reference" which contains the CLI documentation.

Proposed Solution

Increase visual prominence of the top navigation bar using Option 2 styling (see screenshot below).

Current tabs blend into the header and don't draw attention. The proposed Option 2 styling makes navigation clearer and draws user attention to available sections.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update top navigation styling to be more prominent
• Ensure active tab state is clearly visible
• Maintain consistency with overall site design
