I reverted two changes:
The first because I think it is better to do update the version in a separate commit and for the second change I don't know if it is a good change. It creates more noise in my opinion. A separate PR for the change can be re-openend if there was a good reason. |

Updated most dependencies using
yarn upgrade --interactive --latestMajor upgrades:
I skimmed the release notes and found no breaking changes relevant to us
The only real change I noticed is that the frame of the settings window (and others) now match the light/dark theme
