Description

SMCParser only provides a native to parse files. With extensions that can receive data from remote sources, it would be great to have an SMCParser.ParseString native to parse a non-file buffer in memory.

KeyValues has that functionality, but in addition to the documented differences, KeyValues keys are case-insensitive.
