This PR replaces the Scalar product logos for ScalarDB and ScalarDL in the showcase with our company logo.
We had originally added our product logos in PR #2297, but our icons make the icon grid look unbalanced. To resolve this, we'd like to use our company logo to restore balance to the grid🙇🏻♂️
