This pull request adds support for building and packaging the CLI for the Linux ARM64 architecture. This ensures that users with ARM64-based Linux systems can run the CLI and verify its integrity.
Build system updates:
build.shto include build and SHA256 signature generation steps for the Linux ARM64 (GOARCH=arm64) target.Solves #195
