INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL make make test make install
DEPENDENCIES
Geo::Shapelib.pm requires Shapefile C Library from http://shapelib.maptools.org/
Chances are that you can install it with sudo apt-get install libshp-dev or something similar.
