Currently, we use v3.2.2 as the dags.gitSync.image.tag .

We should update the default tag to v3.5.0.

Version v3.2.2 has known issues:

• when running as pid=1 in container, that can cause failures
• when data is corrupt, git-sync may attempt to remove the PVC mount (which will fail)
  • probably the cause of git-sync side-car init container failed to fetch dags from private Git repository #518
