MultipleAcquisitionAction.OFF to LENIENT for clarity
LENIENT better conveys the intent (multiple acquisitions allowed) and forms a natural severity spectrum with WARN and STRICT. The deprecated OFF constant is preserved for backward compatibility and normalized to LENIENT in the setter.
