maybe agents reference is not correct in rules/agents.md

in the `rules/agents.md`, it says agents are located in `~/.claude/agents/`.

```

but recommended installation (install by marketplace) doesn't make any md files and directory in root directory (`~/.claude`)
so it would be better reference like below.
