Description

Implement team lifecycle management: spawn_team creates a new team, cleanup handles task and state cleanup.

Acceptance Criteria

• spawn_team generates unique team ID
• spawn_team creates team storage file
• spawn_team initializes inbox/outbox
• cleanup removes completed tasks from pool
• cleanup handles orphaned tasks
• Both operations have proper validation
