What does this PR change? What problem does it solve?
I added croatian to the translations (hr.yaml)
this is also my first pull request 😄 hope i did everything correctly though i didn't check if the translation works as i don't know how to 😞

I believe it wasn't discussed. Nothing came up when i searched for the words "croatian" and "hrvatski"
