Summary :

This draft PR is to remove the Ubuntu 20.04 references from the workflows, configuration, dependencies and .md files as well ensuring that Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 continue to function without any issues.

Planned changes :

Identified and removed all the references to Ubuntu 20.04 in workflow, script and .md files.
Updated the workflows to use Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 as applicable.
Removed any Ubuntu 20.04 specific dependencies and clean up obsolete files.
Validated CI test build pipeline on Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04.

Next Steps :

I will convert this draft PR into regular PR once all changes are reviewed and approved.
