This PR adds support for exposing the orchestration ID to Node.js actions via the ACTIONS_ORCHESTRATION_ID environment variable. This allows actions to access the orchestration ID from the runner's JWT claims.
Key Changes
- Added orchestration ID environment variable exposure to Node.js action handlers
- The value is retrieved from the execution context's global variables using
Constants.Variables.System.OrchestrationId
