I spend a couple of days to implementing 'Multiply', 'Divide', 'FastBoxBlur' and 'FastGuidedFilter' filters that's if necessary for add to the master frameworks, while it's created on official OpenCV and Matlab.

Using forked accord-net in Accord.Imaging namespace to sample code the filter usage.

The Rolling Guidance Filter is be proposed for the next implementing :)
