Change version number in field "name" for license "LiLiQ-R-1.1" #4417
Description
The name for license liliq-r-1.1 should be Licence Libre du Québec – Réciprocité version 1.1 and not Licence Libre du Québec – Réciprocité version 1.. I cannot find any source where the minor version is missing.
