Files that may contain special UTF-8 characters like checkmark or emoji, are not served properly.
Example: somedoc-✅.none.pdf

The name of the file becomes actually URL encoded and that is why plugin can't find it in the system "somedoc-%E2%9C%85.none.pdf"
