Shrinking of debug.log files is temporarily disabled
In previous versions,
zclassicdwould shrink thedebug.logfile to 200 KB onstartup if it was larger than 10 MB. This behaviour, and the
-shrinkdebugfileoption that controlled it, has been disabled.
