quic-go 在检测到 SyscallConn 方法时会优先调用而绕过 WriteTo，而 raw 多包了一层导致丢失了这个接口
包了一层 salamander 可以 dial 成功是因为没实现 SyscallConn 所以直接调用了 WriteTo
