Describe the bug

The "Sponsorship Grants Report" page (https://central.wordcamp.org/reports/sponsorship-grants-report/) has a layout problems on mobile (Safari 17.0.3) and desktop (chrome 117.0.5938.149).
The WordCamp drop down is overlapping on resources widget area.

Expected behavior

WordCamp drop down not overlap to resources widget area.
