Navigation: apply colors to submenus and overlay background #533
Description
The navigation submenu and overlay background and text in all color variations and palettes are defaulting to white, which looks good for the default variation but looks unpolished in all others.
I suggest:
- Applying Contrast color to "Submenu & overlay text"
- Applying Base color to "Submenu & overlay background"
