Currently, the `SubjectsApi` in the frontend, has the endpoints [hardcoded](https://github.com/WordPress/try-wordpress/blob/ui-using-schema/src/api/SubjectsApi.ts#L9-L10). Instead, it should automatically figure out the endpoints, by using the schema.
