Replaces the outdated Slack channel URL with the current link for #core-test in the triage documentation.
Changed 'official' to 'Official' in the link text for consistency and improved readability.
Updated the education, outreach, and documentation item to include a direct link to the WordPress documentation site for improved clarity and accessibility.
Updated the 'web' tag reference to use a proper markdown link in documenting-flow.md for consistency and improved navigation.
Improved clarity and consistency in the Contributor Day guide by updating link text and minor phrasing. Capitalized 'Homepage' and 'Download Docker' for consistency.
Updated call-for-testing.md to clarify instructions and improve formatting. Changed #needs-testing references to use code formatting and revised several sentences for better readability.
