Log more helpful information when uploading test results
Report more PHP extensions and environment details
Fixes #31.
Capture errors and total test time.
Rename `meta` to `env` for consistency
Use `$WPT_REPORT_URL` to define reporting URL; default to make/hosting
If they're set but empty, we can assume the user forgot to comment them out
Only use SSH connection details when non-empty
Link to Getting Started from README
Update prepare.php to use the specified PHP executable for testing
Update README to include Node / Grunt requirements
Modify git args to be compatible with older versions
