Automatically discover plugin dependencies when obtaining Performance feature plugins from WordPress.org #1616
Description
This is a follow-up to #1613 in which optimization-detective was hard-coded as a plugin that needs to be included among the list of plugins to obtain info for. Instead of hard-coding it, we should try to automatically discover the dependencies to be included.
