Describe the bug
The following PHP Warning is being triggered:

Undefined array key "displayExcerpt" in /plugins/pattern-creator/includes/mock-blocks.php:154

This lead me to find that the parameter has been deprecated, and replaced with new functionality.

We should update our mock to match the new block format.
