On the team reps page

Remove the line listing Javier as a project lead as he is not currently leading any projects.

I would like to add a past team reps section to acknowledge contributors like Javier who have led initiatives even if not currently engaging with the team. Those would be the following (please verify dates with question marks as I just put what I remember):

Zunaid (present)
Lucas (2020 or 2021 - present)
Javier (2020 or 2021 - 2024 ?)
Jadonn (2017 or 2018 - 2022 ?)
Kira (2017 or 2018-2020 or 2021 ?)
Amy Kamala (2018-2023)
Jessibelle (2023)
