What? Why?

Many locales can't use one word for different contexts. so Added Context for Next and Previous Image.

Originally Reported in Core Trac #65003

How?

Added Context for Next and Previous Image.

Testing Instructions

  1. Open packages/block-library/src/image/index.php
  2. Go to Line no 208-209 and 326-327
